This individual supports the sales process from inquiry through event completion by coordinating client communications, managing event documentation, preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), assisting with room block management, and collaborating closely with hotel operations teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, possesses strong attention to detail, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of hospitality, event planning, catering, conference services, or sales coordination experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest service. Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
