Über
À titre de Leader, contrôle des changements de projet, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le bureau de gestion des programmes (BGP) et les départements fonctionnels de Davie afin d’assurer un suivi rigoureux des processus et des procédures de gestion des changements du programme/projet tout au long des phases du programme.
Le Leader développera des relations positives avec les clients de Davie et représentera les intérêts de l’entreprise dans la gestion des changements du projet. Dans ce rôle, le titulaire du poste agira comme point de liaison entre les différents départements fonctionnels de Davie, notamment avec le responsable des changements d’ingénierie et de la configuration technique, le contrôle des documents, le contrôle de projet, les contrats, les finances, l’estimation, la chaîne d’approvisionnement et la production.
Plus spécifiquement, vous aurez à:
• Veiller au respect des processus et procédures de gestion des changements du contrôle de projets pour le programme/projet concerné.
• Gérer le registre des changements pour les projets internes et externes, et maintenir une documentation complète des demandes de changements, des propositions, des approbations, des raisons de ces changements et des plans de mise en œuvre.
• Produire des rapports pour suivre la progression et l’efficacité de la procédure de gestion des changements. Optimiser l’efficacité du processus et de la procédure en fonction des indicateurs de performance clés pertinents.
• Évaluer l’impact des changements proposés ou demandés sur la portée du projet, le calendrier et le budget.
• Assurer la liaison entre les changements d’ingénierie/configuration et la gestion des changements dans le contrôle de projets. Le Leader joue également un rôle essentiel dans la collaboration avec le soutien logistique intégré (SLI) et le responsable de la configuration afin que la configuration du navire soit mise à jour une fois les propositions de modifications techniques (PMT) approuvées.
• Soutenir les départements de projet/programme dans le développement et l’exécution de demandes/propositions de changement et des PMT, ainsi que d’autres documents requis tout au long du processus de changement.
• Fournir un soutien continu aux équipes de projet/programme afin de garantir la mise en œuvre des changements approuvés.
• Guidé par le BGP et le département de gestion des contrats, assurer la liaison avec le client pour discuter de la gestion des changements du projet/programme, faire le suivi de la réponse du client, clarifier et négocier au besoin.
• Identifier et intégrer les risques ayant un impact potentiel sur les coûts et le calendrier dans la procédure interne de gestion des changements.
• Améliorer les processus internes de changement afin de répondre aux exigences des procédures de gestion des coûts et des calendriers (transferts de budget internes, gestion des réserves, reprises, provisions pour risques, réserves pour imprévus et tendances).
Qualifications
• Diplôme universitaire en génie, gestion de projet, administration ou dans un domaine connexe;
• Expérience de cinq (5) années en ingénierie ou en contrôle de projets;
• Expérience avérée en gestion des changements de projets ou en contrôle de projets complexes
• Réussite du processus d’enquête et d’obtention de l’attestation de sécurité exigée dans le cadre du Programme de sécurité des contrats du gouvernement fédéral;
