Description Dane Street is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon licensed in Louisiana to join our dynamic team of expert clinical reviewers. In this role, you will use your specialized spine expertise to conduct thorough, evidence-based reviews of clinical cases. This is a telework opportunity that allows you to customize your schedule while working as a 1099 independent contractor.
Responsibilities
Review medical records and prepare clear, concise clinical summaries.
Participate in peer-to-peer discussions as needed.
Respond to specific questions related to orthopedic spine care and medical necessity.
Qualifications
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
Fellowship training in Spine Surgery.
Current, unrestricted Louisiana medical license.
5+ years of clinical practice experience in orthopedic spine surgery.
Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions.
Maintains all required credentialing, licensure, and certifications necessary to perform the role.
