Thomas Printworks is seeking a results driven sales professional to lead new business development across a regional territory from our
Miami, FL
office. This role is ideal for a proven hunter who excels at prospecting, building a pipeline, and winning consultative sales opportunities for integrated print and marketing fulfillment solutions. You will work alongside a strong operations and sales support team to build long-term client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth. What This Role Offers Ownership of a defined regional territory with strong support from operations and sales teams The opportunity to sell strategic, solution-oriented programs rather than one-off commodity print jobs Access to CRM, estimating, pricing, customer service, project management, and marketing resources A clear path to build a meaningful book of business within a growing national organization Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined regional territory Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline with clear, value-based opportunities Lead consultative sales conversations focused on solving customer challenges Identify opportunities for integrated print, branded environment, and marketing fulfillment solutions Collaborate with estimating, customer service, production, and fulfillment teams to deliver on commitments Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, sales activity, and forecasting in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot Consistently build a pipeline capable of generating more than $1M annually within 24 months Manage territory planning and sales forecasting to meet growth targets What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in print, packaging, marketing services, or another business-to-business consultative sales environment A track record of proactive prospecting, pipeline development, and closing new business Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome Print industry experience is helpful, but we value selling ability, discipline, and mindset most Who Will Thrive in This Role Sales professionals who enjoy outbound prospecting and creating new opportunities Consultative sellers who focus on business outcomes instead of competing on price alone Professionals who want the autonomy to build territory momentum and the support to scale it People motivated by long-term relationship building, accountability, and continuous growth.
