Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative – Spain
Work Arrangement:
Remote role covering the central region of Spain. Requires valid driving licence and be located within the territory or willing to relocate.
Compensation:
Full‑time, permanent basis with salary up to €35,000.00 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.

Role Purpose The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will become a strategic partner to key clients, fostering long‑term relationships and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include account management, sales support, order entry, returns process, and attending customer locations, events, and industry activations to strengthen relationships and support business growth within the Spanish market.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English
Knowledge of the golf industry
Eager to become an expert on Callaway products
B2B sales experience is advantageous
Golf product fitting knowledge is a plus
