Customer Services Area Manager
Profil souhaité :
- Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique, électrique ou logicielle
- Expérience confirmée en gestion du service client, dans un environnement industriel ou technique (projets orientés client)
- Approche empathique et excellentes compétences en communication
- Forte orientation client et esprit analytique, avec une capacité à proposer des solutions sur mesure
- Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et adaptabilité dans un environnement dynamique
- Capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés et à travailler en équipes transversales
- Langues : français / anglais, autre langue = un atout

Responsabilités principales :
- Construire et entretenir des relations durables, basées sur la confiance, avec les clients
- Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client grâce à une présence régulière et proactive
- Maintenir un contact continu avec les clients afin de comprendre et d'anticiper leurs besoins opérationnels et techniques
- Coordonner les demandes clients en collaboration avec les équipes des services concernées
- Proposer des solutions adaptées aux demandes liées au service après-vente
- Élaborer des offres sur mesure en adéquation avec les attentes des clients
- Agir comme point de contact central pour toutes les demandes de service dans la zone attribuée
- Assurer une coordination efficace entre les différents départements afin de fournir des réponses rapides et cohérentes
- Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue du département Customer Service
- Participer à l'optimisation des processus internes pour mieux répondre aux exigences du marché
- Recueillir les retours clients et partager les opportunités d'amélioration avec les équipes concernées
- Effectuer des visites clients régulières (environ 30% du temps)
- Travailler de manière autonome, agile et organisée
