DIVERT Mental Health’s Program Manager will work closely with its leadership team of 9 principal investigators across the country based at York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Program Manager is a key leader working towards the integration of our interdisciplinary and intersectoral leaders and members. With a team of 2-3 junior assistants, the Program Manager will facilitate a large national patient-oriented research project, continuous development of our state-of-the-art DIVERT learning platform, coordinate, and launch an innovative national mentorship program supporting diverse trainees across the geopolitical state of Canada. The Program Manager is the
central administrative leader ensuring the program runs smoothly.
Reporting to the NPI (Nominated Principal Investigator) and the DIVERT leadership committee, the Program Manager is responsible for managing the structures and day-to-day operations of the DIVERT Mental Health Platform. The successful individual will be integral in upholding structures of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research’s Health Research Training Platform.
Le gestionnaire de programme de DIVERT santé mentale travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction composée de 9 chercheurs principaux répartis dans tout le pays et basée à l'Université York à Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Le gestionnaire de programme est un leader clé qui travaille à l'intégration de nos leaders et membres interdisciplinaires et intersectoriels. Avec une équipe de 2 à 3 assistants juniors, le gestionnaire de programme facilitera un grand projet de recherche national axé sur les patients, le développement continu de notre plateforme d'apprentissage DIVERT, la coordination et le lancement d'un programme de mentorat national innovant soutenant divers étudiants dans l'ensemble de l'état géopolitique du Canada. Le gestionnaire de programme est le responsable administratif central qui veille au bon déroulement du programme.
Sous la responsabilité de la chercheuse principale désignée et du comité de direction de DIVERT, le gestionnaire de programme est responsable de la gestion des structures et des activités quotidiennes de la plateforme DIVERT sur la santé mentale. La personne retenue fera partie intégrante du maintien des structures de la plateforme de formation en recherche en santé des Instituts de recherche en santé du Canada.
