Directeur des opérations
DHL Supply Chain est à la recherche d'un directeur des opérations de la gestion de tous les aspects des opérations dans notre chaîne d’approvisionnement
Nous recherchons un leader opérationnel d’expérience dans les domaines de la gestion des résultats P&L, de la performance organisationnelle, tout en se concentrant sur les exigences des clients, la motivation et le développement des collaborateurs et de la planification de la relève.
En raison des défis uniques du secteur, il est essentiel que le candidat possède un historique de succès dans des environnements basés sur la performance qui mettent l'accent sur le service, la gestion des priorités et l'amélioration continue dans un environnement complexe.
Principales responsabilités:
-Responsable du P&L, prépare les prévisions et surveille les résultats. Prépare le budget d'exploitation. Dirige toutes les opérations financières
-Stimule la rentabilité grâce à la productivité et à l'efficacité des opérations.
-Gère la planification de la production pour répondre aux demandes des clients
-Développement, mise en œuvre et gestion des bonnes pratiques standardisées d’opération
-Assure le leadership et la direction du plan de production pour qu'il soit aligné sur la capacité et la planification globale des ressources
-Établit un plan de main-d'œuvre, détermine l'effectif fixe de la main-d'œuvre. Très impliqué dans les besoins de main-d'œuvre à court terme avec une main-d'œuvre intérimaire pendant les pics saisonniers.
-Développement de l'équipe, planification de la relève
-Gère les opérations est les projets au niveau du site
-Diriger les réunions sur les indicateurs de performance clés et les indicateurs clés concernant les résultats du site avec le client. Organiser et lancer des réunions régulières sur le processus d'examen de la direction (MRP) conformément aux directives régionales
-Déterminer les renouvellements/mises à jour des prix pour les demandes de devis chaque année.
-Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue axés sur le client tels que les pratiques de fabrication SOP, 5S, 6 Sigma, Kaizen et Lean
-Identifier, cibler et mettre en œuvre des projets d'investissement pour améliorer l'efficacité, réduire les coûts et/ou améliorer la sécurité
-Assister à la réunion annuelle de renouvellement des prix avec le client.
-Effectuer d'autres tâches si nécessaire
Exigences du poste :
-Baccalauréat pertinent pour la gestion et les opérations
-10 ans et plus d’expérience en gestion de logistique
-5 ans expérience avec un système de gestion d’entrepôt/WMS (Blue Yonder ou Manhattan un atout)
-Solide expérience en gestion financière (budget, fin de mois, état des résultats)
-5 ans expérience dans un rôle de supervision/gestion
-Bilingue en français - anglais
Connaissances/compétences/aptitudes
- Établir les objectifs en fonction des besoins identifiés
- Gestion de projet d’optimisation
- Expérience en administration des contrats
- Gestion d’équipe
- Développement de mesures de performance KPI
- Solides compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles
-Expérience dans un environnement 3PL est un atout majeur
