Call us today!/ph3Job Duties And Responsibilities:/h3olliAssist residents with personal care and activities of daily living (A.D.L.) according to each residents care plan./liliAssist with range of motion, turning, positioning, ambulation and assistive devices./liliAssist with resident recreation programs./liliServe and assist with meals and supplements./liliTake vital signs, height and weight measures and record./liliAssist in the dining room, as assigned./liliAssist in maintaining residents environment./liliPrevent abuse, neglect and exploitation in the elderly./liliPromote a safe, clean environment in which the residents may live./liliBecome a participating facility team member with the residents as first priority./li/olh3Requirements/h3pPhysical Requirements:/pulliHold/handle/liliLift/liliCarry/liliReach at and below shoulder height/liliPush/pull/liliGrasp and handle pens, paperwork and small equipment/liliTwist, bend, stoop, kneel and squat/liliSit, stand and walk/liliFine hand motor coordination/liliAbility to read and write legibly/liliAbility to comprehend and follow instructions/li/ulpLicensure Requirements:/ppMust be currently certified and in good standing in the state of Arkansas./p/div
