In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Key Account Management im Premium‑Retail‑Umfeld bei XAL Schweiz.
Du führst das KAM‑Team, begleitest anspruchsvolle Lichtprojekte von A bis Z und bist kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Key Accounts.
Gemeinsam mit internen Teams sorgst du für hochwertige und funktionale Beleuchtungslösungen – von der Planung bis zum Betrieb.

Personelle und fachliche Führung des Key Account Management Teams Schweiz (3 Personen)
Unterstützung und Stellvertretung des Head KAM
Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Preisen, Lieferzeiten, Technik, Montage und Reklamationsbearbeitng (techn. Kundenansprechpartner)
Erarbeitung von Beleuchtungslösungen entsprechend der Kundenwünsche
Kontakte zu Key Accounts im Rahmen der Projektbearbeitung (z.B. Grosskund:innen, Planer:innen, Architekturbüros, Generalunternehmer)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Sales, Innendienst, Technik) sowie mit dem Mutterhaus in Graz
Unterstützung bei Angebotsstrategien
Deine Kompetenzen
Abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung (Elektroinstallateur:in, Elektroplaner:in, Gebäudetechnikplaner:in, Lichtplaner:in)
Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im KAM /Auftragsabwicklung und in der Lichtbranche/Elektro-Branche
IT-Affinität: gute MS Office Kenntnisse, Lichtplanungssoftware Relux, Dialux, DWG sowie MS 365 F&O Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Deutsch Muttersprache, Englisch gute Kenntnisse (B2), ösisch von Vorteil
Leadership-Persönlichkeit, vorzugsweise mit Führungserfahrung
Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Belastbarkeit
Umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
