Deliver consistent and thorough project quotations by leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics Provide technical support to customers in the commercial roofing industry, drawing on extensive knowledge experience Serve as a subject matter expert in commercial roofing and systems including Mincron, Logic Track, Salesforce, and Beacon Pro Plus to effectively convey benefits and establish credibility as a reliable source of information for customers Break down customer orders based on material correlation and shipping points Collaborate with sales team to negotiate material costs for project orders before initiating the ordering process Effectively coordinate with Supply Chain, Branch Managers, and upcoming project orders to optimize material truck loading into the warehouse Develop project schedules in collaborating with the sales team and customers, ensuring clearly communication of all project delivery details Qualifications
5 years of experience in commercial roofing technical sales High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license Proficiency in using business intelligence systems including Mincron, Salesforce, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro +; working knowledge of job tracking system Extensive product knowledge and technical expertise in the commercial roofing industry Strong customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and dedication to meeting deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions Willingness to travel locally to engage with customers Benefits
