Join our team at AdviniaCare Oakland Grove, a compassionate and respectful community dedicated to providing the best in senior living and rehabilitation services. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a crucial role in assisting our residents with daily living tasks and ensuring their overall well-being.

We are seeking a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude to assist our residents with difficulties completing basic tasks throughout the day and night. As a CMT, your responsibilities will include medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping. You will also be responsible for following safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents.

Requirements:

  • CNA and CMT/Active License
  • BLS/CPR Certificate
  • TB
  • MMR
  • Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors
  • Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous Med Passer experience required
