Commodity Manager (m/w/d) – Indirekter EinkaufAnna-Vandenhoeck-Ring 4-8, 37081, Göttingen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Warengruppenstrategien im indirekten Einkauf
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Marktanalysen, Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Identifikation und Realisierung von Einsparpotenzialen sowie nachhaltiger Wertbeiträge
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen inkl. Performance Management
- Definition und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs sowie Service Level Agreements für Dienstleister
- Sicherstellung der Dienstleistungsqualität und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Spezifikationen
- Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen in Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern
- Regelmäßiges Reporting relevanter Einkaufskennzahlen sowie Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) im indirekten Einkauf, insbesondere in den Bereichen Verhandlungsführung und Lieferantenmanagement
- Fundierte Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf sowie im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Warengruppen
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP S/4HANA) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office / Microsoft 365
- Strukturierte, analytische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie souveränes Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen bis hin zum Top-Management
- Hohe Teamorientierung sowie Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10–20 %), überwiegend national
