This position offers flexibility in leveling based on industry experience and technical background, making it an excellent opportunity for both entry-level professionals and individuals with HVAC-related experience.
Compensation:
$45K-$55K
for entry-level candidates with strong customer service or sales support experience and no direct HVAC industry background $55K-$65K
for candidates with HVAC industry experience, technical/trade school education, or related mechanical equipment knowledge Key Responsibilities:
Process customer requests for parts quotes, including pricing and availability Prepare quotes for contractors, customers, and end users Support warranty claim processing and follow-up activities Coordinate return material authorizations and warranty credits Assist with inventory management of high-volume parts Work closely with inside and outside sales teams to support customer needs Help identify replacement equipment opportunities for the sales team Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and service Qualifications:
College degree or trade school education preferred Experience in HVAC, mechanical equipment, industrial distribution, or service environments is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Ability to learn manufacturer systems, portals, and product lines
