Product Assurance Manager

Votre Mission :
Garantir le respect des exigences contractuelles du client sur la totalité des étapes du projet (conception, développement, « revues de conception », industrialisation, fabrication, installation et mise en service, FAT et SAT).
Coordonner l'ensemble des activités d'Assurance Produit durant toute la vie du projet.
Suivre les mises à jour des documents projets, et identifier les risques liés aux changements.
Piloter et tenir à jour les analyses de risques machines selon règlement EU.
Piloter les non-conformités des projets et les listes de réserves.
Réaliser des Audits internes sur la base de requis clients et plans qualités spécifiques.
Veiller auprès des sous-traitants à la mise en place et du respect des exigences d'assurance Qualité exigées par les référentiels interne et clients.
Assurer une excellente coopération avec les responsables qualité clients et rendre compte des situations projets au Responsable Assurance Qualité et à la gestion de projet.
Votre profil :
Diplômé d'une formation technique supérieure, idéalement Ingénieur, vous bénéficiez de fortes compétences relationnelles.
Vos capacités de négociation et de persuasion vous permettent de développer des liens solides et de confiance tant envers les clients qu'envers les équipes en interne.
Opérationnel et dynamique, vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'autonomie dans vos fonctions.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum en tant qu'ingénieur qualité ou assurance produit dans le secteur de l'industrie lourde ou du nucléaire.
Être force de proposition et d'innovation.
Connaissance de la norme ISO 19443.
Connaissance des référentiels liés aux engins de levage.
Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste.
Être disposé à voyager chez nos fournisseurs et nos clients dans le cadre de vos tâches d'assurance produit et essais.
