With a strong presence across Ireland and Europe, they work with some of the largest manufacturing and logistics operations in the country. Their solutions are widely used across food & beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, medical device facilities, warehousing, logistics, retail distribution and supermarket environments. Due to continued expansion in Ireland, they are now looking to hire a Sales Engineer to cover Munster and South Leinster. THE ROLE: As the successful Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling a full range of warehouse and storage solutions into manufacturing and industrial end users across your territory. This is a consultative, solution-based sales role focused on large-scale projects and long-term customer relationships. You'll be dealing with engineering managers, operations managers, plant managers, warehouse managers, procurement teams and senior decision-makers across a broad range of industries. You will inherit existing accounts while also being tasked with developing new business opportunities across Munster and South Leinster. Typical solutions include: * Warehouse racking and storage systems * Automated warehouse and logistics solutions * Capital equipment for manufacturing and distribution environments * Material handling and warehouse optimisation projects This role will involve managing projects from initial consultation and site survey stage through to quotation, specification and final delivery. THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience selling technical or capital equipment solutions into manufacturing or industrial environments. Ideally you will come from areas such as: * Storage & racking solutions * Material handling equipment * Capital equipment sales * Engineering solutions * Industrial automation or warehouse systems You should be commercially driven, technically minded and comfortable managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders involved. Experience selling into sectors such as food & beverage, pharma, med device, warehousing or logistics would be highly advantageous. THE PACKAGE: * Base Salary: €50,000 - €57,000 DOE * Uncapped Commission Structure - €50K+ OTE * Company Car * Healthcare * Pension * Mobile & Laptop * Full Expenses LOCATION: Ideally based in Cork, Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford or surrounding areas with easy access to Munster and South Leinster.
