In this role, you will: Speak with warm inbound leads
no cold calling Qualify prospective clients and guide them through our intake process Communicate the value of our legal services with clarity and compassion Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth handoffs Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication Qualifications
Experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably within the legal industry Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and compassionate manner Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics Strong organizational skills to maintain and update customer databases accurately Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless client transitions Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospective clients effectively High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills Compensation $150,000 annually potential About Hailey-Petty Law Firm, PLLC Hailey-Petty Law Firm, PLLC makes estate planning your legacy, not a burden for your loved ones.
