Compensation Pay: $20.00-$22.00 Additional earning opportunities: Performance-based incentives Bonus eligibility Advancement opportunities within our sales organization Benefits Medical insurance and HSA Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) with company match Responsibilities As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will: Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to past customers, current customers, and new prospects Follow up on leads from the website, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and sales requests Ask qualifying questions to understand customer equipment and service needs Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales or service team Schedule appointments or equipment demonstrations Promote parts specials, service programs, and seasonal offers Maintain accurate notes and lead status updates in the CRM Meet daily and weekly performance metrics Provide professional, customer-focused communication Stay current on John Deere agricultural equipment used in the region Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to learn equipment features, attachments, maintenance programs, and financing options Competent with computers and CRM systems Ability to professionally handle customer objections Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience Experience in agriculture, equipment, construction, or heavy machinery Familiarity with John Deere equipment Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, or move for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to safely mount and dismount equipment when needed About 21st Century Equipment LLC Since 1996, 21st Century Equipment LLC has supported farmers, ranchers, and equipment owners with advanced agricultural equipment and innovative solutions.
