Description de poste:
En tant que chef(fe) de partie, vous aurez la responsabilité de superviser une section de la cuisine, en veillant à la qualité et à la présentation des plats. Vous participerez activement à la préparation des repas tout en garantissant le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
Coordonner et superviser les activités de la cuisine de votre partie
Assurer la qualité des plats servis et leur présentation
Gérer l'approvisionnement des denrées pour votre section
Collaborer avec le chef pour l'élaboration de nouveaux plats
Service derrière les buffets pendant l'heure de midi
Horaires continus du lundi au vendredi
Cette opportunité vous permettra de travailler au sein d'un établissement renommé dans le domaine de la restauration, et de perfectionner vos compétences culinaires tout en évoluant dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant.

Profil recherché:
Vous êtes une personne passionnée par la cuisine, avec une solide capacité à travailler en équipe. Vous avez un bon sens de l'organisation et êtes capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément sans compromettre la qualité. Une bonne compréhension des techniques culinaires et un goût certain pour l'innovation sont essentiels pour exceller dans ce rôle. Vous saurez faire preuve de créativité tout en respectant les standards établis par l'établissement.
