Functieomschrijving Als Group Project Engineer analyseer je de productie- en verpakkingsactiviteiten van de Ardo Group om technische processen te optimaliseren. Je draagt bij aan verbeterprojecten om de beste resultaten te garanderen.
- Je coördineert optimalisatieprojecten op het gebied van hardware, software en industriële processen voor verschillende plants binnen jouw regio (België, Nederland, Spanje en Portugal).
- Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de lokale Engineering Managers en Plant Managers.
- Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie, aansturing en uitvoering van technische complexe projecten vanaf analyse tot uitvoering. Je coördineert projectteams, je stelt budget en projectplanning op met interne en externe stakeholders, je waakt over de correcte toepassingen zoals veiligheid en kwaliteit, en volgt op tot de uiteindelijke oplevering van het project.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle aspecten zoals kosten, ROI, productiviteit, safety, hygienic design... worden meegenomen in de analysefase. Daarnaast maak je een follow-up van de CAPEX-uitgaven.
- Je volgt de KPI’s op van de verschillende plants met betrekking tot efficiëntie, energieverbruik, productiecapaciteit, productassortiment en productkwaliteit, ... en pakt problemen aan waar nodig.
- Je coacht collega’s die betrokken zijn bij de innovatieprojecten en organiseert trainingen zodat de machines correct worden gebruikt.
- Je zorgt dat alle know-how van binnen de groep gedeeld wordt zodat bewezen technologieën geintegreerd worden in alle engineerprojecten op lokale en wereldwijde schaal.
- Je blijft up-to-date rond nieuwe technische mogelijkheden op de markt en algemene ontwikkelingen in de verpakkings- en productietechnologie.
- Je rapporteert aan de Group Engineering Director.
- Je behaalde een master in Engineering en hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring op het gebied van engineering (investeringen, automatisering, projecten).
- Je hebt affiniteit met machinebouw of procesinstallaties. Ervaring in de voedingssector is een grote plus.
- Je bent een gedreven teamplayer, die vlot met verschillende stakeholders en op alle niveaus (lokaal, internationaal en cross-departementaal) kan communiceren.
- Je hebt sterke organisatorische, plannings- en analytische vaardigheden.
- Je bent bereid om te reizen in de regio BENE en IBERICA (ongeveer 20%, maar flexibele planning).
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels.
