Regulatory Affairs Manager (m/w/d) – 100%
In dieser Schlüsselrolle stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere Produkte die regulatorischen Anforderungen in der Schweiz erfüllen und erfolgreich im Markt verfügbar sind. Mit Ihrem Fachwissen steuern Sie Zulassungsprozesse effizient und sorgen für die Einhaltung höchster Compliance-Standards.
Das bewegen Sie
Verantwortung für alle regulatorischen Aktivitäten im Bereich Arzneimittel und FSMP-Produkte
Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Neuzulassungen, Indikationserweiterungen, Variationen und Zulassungsverlängerungen
Kompetente Ansprechperson für Behörden wie Swissmedic und BLV
Sicherstellung der lückenlosen Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung aller regulatorischen Aktivitäten im internen System
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Packmitteln sowie fristgerechte Implementierung
Koordination der Publikation von Fachinformationen auf AIPS
Kontinuierliches Monitoring regulatorischer Entwicklungen und proaktive interne Kommunikation relevanter Neuerungen
Zusatzfunktion: Stv. Werbeverantwortliche Person
Sicherstellung der Compliance von Werbematerialien gemäss HMG, Pharmakodex und Swissmedic-Vorgaben
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management und Sales zur Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen
Pflege und Überwachung des Werbeverzeichnisses gemäss SOP
Das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pharmazie, Chemie, Biochemie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen (HMG, LMG, GxP)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) im Bereich Regulatory Affairs, insbesondere mit Neuzulassungen
Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten IT- und Dokumentationssystemen
Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse in ösisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
Strukturierte, präzise und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit aufgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
