Het is een houding, een gevoel. Ze zeggen ook wel: ‘run it, like you own it’. En dat is wat wij doen. Word jij als senior assistent Audit een van onze 2000 co-eigenaren?
Wat ga je doen als senior assistent Audit?Binnen ons Audit-team, werk je als ervaren assistent Audit nauw samen met de andere audit-collega’s. Als onderdeel van het controleteam houd je je bezig met risico-inschattingen, interne beheersingsmaatregelen en het doorgronden van administratieve en operationele processen. Dankzij jouw werk, voeg je waarde toe aan de kwaliteit van het controledossier dat de basis vormt voor de controleverklaring. We geven je graag de ruimte om mee te denken over vernieuwende audit toepassingen zoals bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van data analyse.
De sfeer is open, informeel en betrokken. Bij aaff bouwen we samen aan een betekenisvolle toekomst en duurzame relaties. Of je nu werkt met start-ups, familiebedrijven of gevestigde ondernemingen. Bij aaff krijg je meer dan een baan: je bouwt mee als co-eigenaar.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:Samenwerken aan complexe controleopdrachten: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het controleteam om ondernemers te ondersteunen en te adviseren.
Risico-inschattingen uitvoeren: je analyseert risico’s en beoordeelt interne beheersingsmaatregelen om een gedegen basis te leggen voor de audit.
Doorgronden van processen: je verdiept je in administratieve en operationele processen om waardevolle inzichten te leveren.
Zorgvuldigheid in het controledossier: dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van het controledossier, dat essentieel is voor een betrouwbare controleverklaring.
Bijdragen aan innovatie: je denkt actief mee over vernieuwende toepassingen binnen de auditpraktijk, zoals het gebruik van data-analyse.
Salaris : marktconform.
Keuzevrijheid in verlof: jij bepaalt hoeveel vrije dagen je opneemt, tot 38 per jaar. Kies uit regulier verlof, het aaff-budget of extra dagen via je salaris. Wat je van het aaff-budget niet gebruikt, keren we uit.
Thuiswerkbudget van € 550 : om je werkplek thuis prettig en ergonomisch in te richten.
Vergoeding voor thuiswerken : € 2,40 per thuiswerkdag + € 40 netto internetvergoeding per maand.
Duurzaam onderweg: 0,30 per auto-km voor woon-werkritten, € 0,40 (€ 0,23 netto) per fiets-/wandelkilometer. Daarbovenop een volledige OV-vergoeding of – bij meer dan 7.500 zakelijke km/jaar – een elektrische leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget. Bij elektrisch rijden ontvang je € 0,40 per kilometer.
Ruimte voor groei, verdieping en verbreding : ontwikkel je verder via de aaff academie of externe opleidingen, gewoon onder werktijd.
Jaarlijks € 200 vitaliteitsbudget : voor jouw mentale en fysieke gezondheid en altijd toegang tot ons online platform OpenUp.
Flexibel verlof sparen : voor een sabbatical, langere reis of tijd voor jezelf.
Feestdagen omruilen : kies twee dagen die passen bij jouw religie of cultuur.
Laptop en telefoon : alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed te doen.
