Zur Verstärkung unseres zentralen Teams suchen wir dich als Finance & Accounting Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für den weiteren Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-, Reporting- und Controlling-Strukturen über mehrere Gesellschaften hinweg. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung, internationalen Kolleg*innen sowie externen Partnern zusammen und entwickelst Prozesse, Strukturen und Auswertungen aktiv mit.
Dabei suchen wir keine Person, die bereits jedes Detail perfekt beherrscht, sondern jemanden mit hoher Lernbereitschaft, analytischem Verständnis und dem Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Du solltest Lust haben, dich in neue Themen wie internationale Steuer- und Reporting-Themen, Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und gruppenweite Prozessstrukturen einzuarbeiten und gemeinsam mit uns nachhaltige Lösungen aufzubauen.
Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Rolle mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum, internationalem Bezug und der Möglichkeit, sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich schnell zu wachsen. Die Position ist langfristig ausgelegt und bietet perspektivisch Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bis hin zur Rolle des Head of Finance innerhalb unserer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe.
Deine Aufgaben reichen von operativen Finance- und Reporting-Themen bis hin zum Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung gruppenweiter Prozesse und Strukturen.
Finance & Accounting
- Gesamtverantwortung für Finance- und Accounting-Strukturen der Gruppe
- Steuerung von Abschlüssen
- Aufbau von gruppenweiten Financing- und Cash Flow-Management Strukturen
- Konsolidierung von Finanzdaten über mehrere Gesellschaften
Tax & Compliance
- Koordination steuerlicher Themen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern
- Sicherstellung von Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Controlling & Reporting
- Erstellung von Reports für Geschäftsführung und Business Units
- Aufbau von KPIs und Steuerungskennzahlen
- Analyse von Geschäftsentwicklungen
Prozess & Digitalisierung
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen
- Aufbau skalierbarer Finance-Prozesse
- Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft
Führung & Organisation
- Fachliche Führung eines kleinen internationalen Teams
- Koordination externer Dienstleister
- Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Erste bis mittlere Berufserfahrung im Finance-/Accounting-Bereich (ca. 2-5+ Jahre)
- Breites Interesse an Finance, Tax und Unternehmenssteuerung
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Fähigkeit, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Erfahrung mit Reporting und Zahlenanalyse
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Führungspotenzial
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend
