Position Overview: The Graphic Designer is a hands-on creative role responsible for developing high-impact visual assets across packaging, retail displays, e-commerce, and marketing channels. Working cross-functionally with creative leadership, product development, and marketing teams, the designer ensures consistency with brand standards while delivering innovative concepts. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a key contributor to daily creative production, supporting the design of packaging, retail merchandising displays, sales collateral, e-commerce assets, and marketing campaigns across SRP's expanding portfolio of brands and product categories. Produce high-quality, on-trend sales and marketing assets for nationwide retailers as well as internal and digital platforms. Translate business needs, consumer insights, and brand strategies into compelling visual design concepts. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Creative Services Manager, fellow designers, the e-comm/social media specialist, product development teams, and company leadership to develop assets across multiple channels. Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, color systems, typography, and visual standards across all deliverables. Develop fresh, trend-relevant creative concepts and supporting materials that elevate SRP's brands and retail presence. Benefits and Perks:

The gross salary range is $65,000 - $75,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional design experience. Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, but not required. Digital portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, trend-forward creative thinking, and software proficiency required. Working knowledge of DSLR photography (studio and field) and photo-editing best practices. Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite-Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign-on a Windows platform. Foundational understanding of AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Ideogram, NewArc, and comparable platforms). Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative leadership, product development, sales teams, and external partners. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale, present concepts clearly, accept feedback, and incorporate revisions efficiently. Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail-both independently and as part of a fast-paced, high-volume creative team. Experience designing packaging, POS/POP displays, in-store signage, and merchandising fixtures; including proficiency with dielines, production-ready file preparation, and pre-flight/post-production processes. Ability to develop, maintain, and consistently express brand identities across multiple touchpoints-ensuring alignment with SRP's product categories, consumer segments, and retail environments.
