Présenter Fidelio ERP à nos clients potentiels et démontrer concrètement comment notre solution peut transformer leurs opérations.

Tes futures responsabilités :
- Effectuer les premières démonstrations de Fidelio afin d'en présenter les principales fonctionnalités, bénéfices et valeur ajoutée aux prospects et clients potentiels;
- Générer des leads et participer au développement du marché nord-américain de Fidelio ERP en transformant activement de nouvelles opportunités en comptes cibles;
- Effectuer des appels de sollicitation auprès d'une clientèle corporative, en ciblant et en entrant en contact avec les décideurs clés (président, VP, directeurs, etc.);
- Développer un réseau de contacts en participant à des événements, salons commerciaux, webinaires, etc.;
- Identifier les opportunités sur le marché afin de bâtir des relations d'affaires solides et un pipeline de prospects;
- Documenter les meilleures pratiques avec notre solution ERP et les partager avec nos clients et prospects;
- Effectuer des suivis avec les clients potentiels et l'équipe des ventes et du marketing;
- Se tenir informé(e) des nouvelles fonctionnalités du produit Fidelio.
Ce que l'on recherche :
- Un diplôme dans un domaine pertinent, par exemple en commerce ou en vente, ou une expérience de travail équivalente;
- De 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ou dans la vente de produits informatiques;
- Détient d’excellentes aptitudes d’analyse, de résolution de problème, d’esprit décisionnel et de souci du détail;
- Excellentes compétences en anglais et en français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Le bilinguisme est requis afin d'être en mesure de communiquer avec nos prospects et clients potentiels anglophones sur une base quotidienne;
- Démontre un haut niveau de motivation et de détermination dans l’atteinte des objectifs de ventes;
- Bonne compréhension de la clientèle cible et de la gestion des opérations dans une PME;
- Démontre un esprit d’équipe et des aptitudes interpersonnelles hors du commun;
- Expérience en gestion de projets CRM, ERP ou autre système (un atout);
- Permis de conduire valide.
