Strategic Business Analyst (m(w/d)
Ihre Rolle
Im Rahmen anspruchsvoller Digitalisierungsinitiativen arbeiten Sie auf Seite Business und übernehmen eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zur IT. Sie stellen sicher, dass fachliche Anforderungen präzise verstanden und in tragfähige, qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen überführt werden – von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung.
Ihre Aufgaben
Sie schätzen die Möglichkeit zu gestalten, eigene Impulse einzubringen und bewegen sich gerne an der Schnittstelle von Fachbereich zu den Spezialisten der Informatik. Die Schwerpunkte sind:
Requirements Engineering: Analyse, Strukturierung und Priorisierung von fachlichen Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Business-Einheiten
Prozessanalyse und -optimierung: erkennen Optimierungspotenziale Verbesserung Effizienz, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit
Projekt- und Change-Unterstützung: Mitarbeit in Projekten, Unterstützung bei Testing, Begleitung von Veränderungen im Unternehmen
Kommunikation: Laufende Kommunikation im Projekt für Management, Stakeholder
Führung: im Projekt-Umfeld (überschaubare) fachliche Führung der zugeteilten Mitarbeiter aus der Linie
Ihr Profil
Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle von Business und IT, idealerweise in der Rolle als Business Analyst. Sie bringen zudem mit:
höhere Ausbildung (FH/Uni) in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle von IT und Fachbereich, bspw. bei Einführung eines ERP-Systems
hohe IT-Affinität
