Zur Ergänzung und Unterstützung unseres Marketing-Teams am Hauptsitz in Zürich suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n engagierte/n, flexible/n und umsetzungsstarke/n
Projekt & B2B Marketing Specialist (80- 100% - w/m/d)
Wir bieten Ihnen eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Position, die Sie selbst mitgestalten können. Sie bekommen die Möglichkeit, die internationale B2B Kommunikation der Marke und unserer OEKO-TEX® Standards mitzugestalten und umzusetzen.
Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:
Selbständige Führung und Koordination von, sowie Mitarbeit bei, Kommunikationsprojekten
Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung, Koordination und Erstellung aller Werbemittel für B2B, Stakeholder und interne Kunden (Broschüren, Factsheets, Texte, Digitale Assets)
Koordination des Marketingplans und verantwortlich für die einheitliche Umsetzung der Marketingmassnahmen über alle Kanäle in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam
Ansprechperson für interne Kunden und weitere Stakeholder in Bezug auf globale und lokale Kommunikationsmassnahmen
Entwicklung und Erstellung von Werbemittelpaketen für Partner und Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit diversen internen Teams
Planung und Koordination von Webinaren inklusive Content Entwicklung in Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagement
Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und internen Stakeholdern
Umsetzung und Verantwortung bei der Ausarbeitung und Entwicklung von Messeauftritten, Konferenzen und digitalen Events. Unterstützung der Teams bei der Realisierung von Messeauftritten vor Ort.
Unterstützung bei Organisation und Umsetzung von internen und externen Events, z.B. globalen Marketing-Meetings
Ihr Profil:
4-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld oder internationale Agenturerfahrung, bestenfalls in der Fashion /Textilindustrie
Abgeschlossene Marketingausbildung oder Studium (FH, Universität) oder eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation
Erfahrung im B2B Marketing und Projektmanagement sowie im Digital Marketing
Sie sind kollaborativ und lieben es, mit verschiedenen Teams und Kulturen zusammenzuarbeiten. Sie haben eine Affinität zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit
Sehr strukturierte, proaktive, selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise mit hoher Qualität
Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Belastbare und motivierte Persönlichkeit mit „Hands-on“-Mentalität
IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365)
Sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Kenntnisse in ösisch oder andere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
