Die Abteilung Configuration Management übernimmt künftig neben dem IT-Service-Management-(ITSM-) Prozess »Configuration Management« auch Teile des ITSM-Prozesses »Asset Management« wahr. Durch eine übergeordnete Prozessverantwortung wird für eine einheitliche und konsolidierte Struktur aller IT-Assets gesorgt, sodass eine Vielzahl von Prozessen im Unternehmen mit diesen Daten arbeiten können.
Aufgaben:
Gestaltung und Umsetzung des Asset-Management-Prozesses der FI
Entwicklung eines einheitlichen Asset-Datenbestandes unter Berücksichtigung der benötigten Werkzeuge
Erstellung von Reports und KPIs
Durchführung von Audits und Begleitung von Prüfungen im Unternehmen
Beratung im Umfeld der internen Kund*innen und auf Entscheidungsebene
Übernahme von Rollenverantwortung in Projekten
Überwachung des Prozesses durch regelmäßige Kontrollen und Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzial
Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik
Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Service-Management, vorzugsweise im Bereich Asset- und Configuration-Management
Zusätzliche Qualifikationen im Bereich ITIL oder COBIT wünschenswert
Kenntnisse über aufsichtsrechtliche Anforderungen im Kontext von Assets (z.B. DORA)
Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten, insbesondere im Umgang mit internen Kund*innen
Fundierte Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit im Bereich IT-Service-Management
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
