Make a real difference in patients' lives—join Elevate Patient Financial Solutions as a Supervisor to support our Referral Management & Analytics Service line. This position is required to live in the MST or PST time zone. The purpose of this position is to manage employees and operations in the assigned region or department. With the support of leadership, the Supervisor should act to supervise employees and manage their workflow by defining and reinforcing company standards and regionally or departmentally unique work systems, to best serve the client hospital and the patient. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and orient employees; assign work, develop work schedules, instruct in proper procedures; assist with development and revision of department processes/procedures. Manage employee performance and provides feedback Ensures staff is obtaining adequate information; provides opportunity for associated training for staff. Responsible for running reports and maintaining data integrity Monitor billing procedures and documentation and provides u Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong stress management and adaptability skills Goal‑driven with a strong action and results orientation Demonstrates initiative, persistence, and a strong work ethic Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities High standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism Profit‑ and performance‑oriented mindset Remote and hybrid positions require internet connectivity that meet the Company's upload and download requirements. Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred 2+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing Familiarization and knowledge of applicable service line programs, processes, and procedures. High volume call center experience is preferred Excellent people skills Strong Computer knowledge especially Excel. Familiarity with Epic preferred Familiarity with HCA/Parallon IT systems is preferred Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment Strong stress management and adaptability skills Goal‑driven with a strong action and results orientation Demonstrates initiative, persistence, and a strong work ethic Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively High standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism Remote and hybrid positions require internet connectivity that meet the Company's upload and download requirements.
