Key Responsibilities: Sales Order & Purchase Order Processing Shipping & Customer Communication Repair & RMA Management Repair Information & Quoting Support Order Tracking & Internal Communication Training & Career Development Requirements Education and Experience: H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Entry level position with a minimum of one (1) year of data entry. Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric with a high level of accuracy. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Previous experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service Experience working with customer service administration tasks Aviation or technical industry experience a plus Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in ERP or sales order systems (or ability to learn quickly) Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, service-driven approach Physical Requirements: Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.
