Entscheidungsträger in Medtech, Pharma, Biotech und Labor sind ein überschaubares Netzwerk – wer darin bekannt ist und respektiert wird, hat einen Vorsprung, den kein Algorithmus aufholen kann.
Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die dieses Netzwerk mitbringt: entweder aus einer kommerziellen Führungsposition innerhalb der Life-Sciences-Industrie – Sales, General Management, Business Development – oder als Strategieberater mit nachgewiesenem Life-Sciences-Schwerpunkt und direktem Zugang zu Entscheidungsträgern auf Unternehmensseite.

IHR HINTERGRUND
Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung, als Senior Executive, im oder DACH-Markt, davon ein wesentlicher Teil in der Life-Sciences-Industrie (Medtech, Pharma, Biotech, Labor, Healthcare).
Profil A – Industrie: Starker kommerzieller Hintergrund in Sales Leadership, General Management oder Business Development mit P&L-Verantwortung. Sie kennen die Entscheidungsstrukturen Ihrer Kunden von innen.
Profil B – Beratung: Strategieberater mit nachgewiesenem Life-Sciences-Schwerpunkt und direktem, persönlichem Zugang zu Entscheidungsträgern auf Unternehmensseite – über den Projektkontakt hinaus.
Ein belastbares persönliches Netzwerk zu relevanten Entscheidungsträgern – auf Kunden- wie auf Kandidatenseite – ist Voraussetzung, nicht Option.
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Geschäftsbeziehungen eigenständig aufzubauen und Mandate aus dem eigenen Netzwerk zu generieren.
Interesse an Technologie und AI als Produktivitätshebel; Bereitschaft, einen digitalen Arbeitsprozess aktiv zu nutzen.
Muttersprache Deutsch; fliessend Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.

Inhaltliche Verantwortung für die Life-Sciences-Practice: fachliche Einschätzung von Kandidaten, Marktdynamiken und Rollenanforderungen auf C-Level, ExCo- und Board-Ebene.
Mandatsführung und -verantwortung: von der Profilierung über die Kandidatenansprache bis zur Platzierung.
Key Account Management bei Bestandskunden; systematischer Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen in Ihrem Sektor.
Nutzung AI-gestützter Research- und Identifikationsprozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung.
