Derzeit suchen wir für unseren Mobility Standort in Wien oder Graz eine:n (Senior) IT-Business Analyst (m/w/d) - Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS).
Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld – herausfordernd und zukunftsorientiert
- Sie beraten und befähigen die Werke bei der Produktionsplanung und steuerung und übernehmen die inhaltliche Führung bei der Analyse, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Stabilität und Planungsqualität. Dabei agieren Sie als verlässlicher fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Planungs- und IT Fragestellungen
- Sie verantworten den Aufbau sowie die kontinuierliche, schrittweise Verbesserung der IT Infrastruktur für APS Systeme (insbesondere Felios) und deren Integration mit SAP und MES. Dabei geben Sie fachliche Leitlinien vor, stimmen technische Zielbilder ab und sorgen für deren nachhaltige Umsetzung
- Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei Datenanalysen und gestalten die Einrichtung von Schnittstellen (APIs). Sie strukturieren Anforderungen, leiten technische Lösungsansätze ab und begleiten deren Umsetzung zur Optimierung der systemübergreifenden Datenflüsse
- Sie bringen ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Problemlösung und Fehlerbehebung ein, treffen fundierte technische Entscheidungen und unterstützen andere Beteiligte durch fachliche Orientierung bei komplexen technischen Herausforderungen
- In der engen Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams aus globaler Fertigung, Qualität, Stammdaten, Planung, Governance und Change Management übernehmen Sie eine fachlich koordinierende Rolle, wirken als Impulsgeber für Best Practices, fördern Wissensaufbau und tragen zur Etablierung einheitlicher Standards bei
Ihre Qualifikationen – fundiert und adäquat
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich sowie langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Advanced Planning & Scheduling-Systemen und verstehen deren Rolle in der Produktionsplanung.
- Des Weiteren bringen Sie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Zusammenspiel von SAP und APS-Lösungen mit und verstehen die technischen Anforderungen dieser Integration.
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit IT-Infrastrukturen, Systemintegration, APIs und Datenanalysen sowie Grundkenntnisse in SQL oder Python.
- Sie beherrschen grundlegende Programmiersprachen wie SQL oder Python und haben idealerweise Kenntnisse in IoT oder Erfahrung mit der APS-Software Felios
- Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert, kommunizieren klar und sind in der Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams versiert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
Was muss ich noch wissen? Wir bieten ein attraktives Vergütungspaket, das Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung entspricht. Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens EUR 65.649,50. Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
