We're looking for a Sales Manager who will be managing and developing a team of Account Executives. You will participate and lead in prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with internal partners and company resources as required. You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on the sales process. In this role you will report on sales performance, activity and forecast to senior leadership. The years of experience and skills needed to be successful will vary from 3-5 years of sales leadership experience leading a team of seven or more quota carrying sales people. In addition, a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.) 3-5 years of experience in building and managing a B2B Saas sales organization. Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and meeting/exceeding quotas. Strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable presenting to C-level and technical audiences. Self-motivated, collaborative, and resilient-driven to win and excel in a remote environment. Strategic thinker with a data-driven, consultative sales approach. Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Gong, Accord). Based in Phoenix, AZ Ability to work in all NA timezones Why SysAid?
