Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Proactively generate and nurture new business through strategic outbound calls, targeted email outreach, and consistent pipeline management—guiding clients smoothly through buying and selling processes. Confidently use proven scripts and systems to communicate value, handle objections, and represent the team with professionalism and integrity. Respond quickly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and convert interest into scheduled appointments with timely and effective follow-up. Understand client needs through consultative conversations, provide tailored solutions, and identify additional opportunities by building strong relationships. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date while maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure every deal progresses seamlessly from listing to closing. Stay committed to daily lead generation activities that continuously strengthen a high-quality sales pipeline. Schedule and attend appointments with confidence, delivering a strong and professional first impression to prospective clients. Show properties and guide buyers expertly through every stage of their home search journey. Negotiate contracts effectively, protecting client interests while achieving positive, win-win outcomes. Provide a premium, white-glove experience with exceptional service, communication, and support from initial contact to closing.
Qualifications:
A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Passionate about selling Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude A licensed South Carolina real estate professional who is committed to consistent performance—not treating real estate as a side gig. A confident communicator who leads conversations with authority, builds rapport quickly, and guides clients toward decisive action. Competitive, self-driven, and motivated by a high-performance, results-oriented environment. A strong relationship-builder who listens carefully, understands client needs, and creates mutually beneficial outcomes. Requirements Active South Carolina Real Estate License (must be obtained before joining). Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation.
