Wir suchen für unseren Standort Düsseldorf einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der unsere digitalen Pflege- und Sicherheitslösungen beratend verkauft, Entscheidungsprozesse in Pflegeeinrichtungen und im häuslichen Umfeld versteht und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbaut – denn bei Divital verkaufen wir nicht nur Lösungen, sondern vor allem Vertrauen.
- Beratung und Vertrieb unserer digitalen Pflege- und Sicherheitslösungen mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen, Pflegeprozessen und Entscheidungswegen sowie Entwicklung passender Lösungskonzepte
- Steuerung des gesamten Sales-Prozesses von Erstkontakt bis Abschluss inkl. Angebotserstellung und Verhandlung
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Entscheider:innen (z. B. Einrichtungsleitung, Pflegedienstleitung, Träger, IT)
- Durchführung von Produktdemos, Präsentationen und Vor-Ort-Terminen in Pflegeeinrichtungen und bei Partnern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt, Customer Success und Technik zur optimalen Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung
- Strukturierte Dokumentation im CRM sowie kontinuierliches Reporting von Markt- und Kundenfeedback
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb (B2B oder B2G) mit nachweisbarer Abschlussstärke und Beratungskompetenz
- Verständnis für Prozesse und Entscheidungsstrukturen im Pflege- oder Healthcare-Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Consultative Sales / Lösungsvertrieb
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Sales-Pipeline-Management
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und professionelles Auftreten
- Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Verlässlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sinnstiftender Vertrieb mit echtem Impact im Bereich Pflege und Gesundheit
