Job Title: Project Manager Location: South Dublin (Hybrid) Contract Type: Day Rate Contract (Long term) Strong Daily Rate Start Date: ASAP (Two Interview Stage Process) Overview: PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client seeking an experienced ICTProject Managerwith strong exposure to structured project delivery environments, ERP/finance systems implementations, grants management platforms, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The role will involve leading and coordinating project delivery activities across SmartSimple and Microsoft Business Central initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and governance standards. Mandatory Qualifications: Degree level qualification inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related discipline. 6+ years of relevant experience with progressive increase in responsibility within ICT project delivery or project management environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manageProject Plans, Delivery Schedules, RAID Logs & Governance Reporting across SmartSimple and Microsoft Business Central projects. CoordinateProject Delivery Activities to ensure milestones are achieved within agreedScope, Budget, Timelines & Quality Standards. LeadStakeholder & Vendor Management activities across business, technical, and third-party teams. SupportData Migration Activities includingData Mapping, Validation, Reconciliation & Migration Governance. FacilitateRequirements Gathering Workshops and manageBusiness & Functional Documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and coordinateSIT/UAT Testing, includingTest Planning, Test Execution, Defect Tracking & Reporting. SupportMicrosoft Business Central Upgrade Projects and coordinate cross-functional dependencies. Produce and maintainProject Documentation, Governance Reports, Status Updates & Project Artefacts. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in ICT Project Delivery / Project Support environments. Strong experience withERP/Finance Systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central. Experience withSmartSimple or similarGrant Management Platforms. Proven experience inStakeholder & Vendor Management. Strong exposure toBusiness Analysis Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping. Hands-on experience inData Migration Data Mapping, Validation & Reconciliation. Experience inSIT/UAT Testing, Test Scripts & Defect Tracking. Strong understanding ofProject Management Methodologies & Project Lifecycle Delivery. Experience withChange Management & User Adoption Activities. Strong skills inProject Documentation, Reporting & Governance. Working knowledge ofMS Planner Pro, Visio, Power BI & Microsoft Office Suite. ExcellentCommunication, Coordination & Problem-Solving Skills. Ability to work effectively withinCross-Functional Teams and manage multiple workstreams.
