Window Cleaning Sales Representative

Great working environment that provides real life training and experience. This position requires an outgoing individual who likes to work outside and is available to work only during the day. That's right, NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS!! This position is ideal for a person who does not want a boss over their shoulder all the time. You must be money motivated, because pay is based on performance. Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on. We will always treat every customer as though they are our only customer.

Job Responsibilities - Sales Rep:

Acquire new business accounts through developing business to business relationships. Educate customers on services and recommend solutions Provide estimates and close sales

Job Responsibilities - Window Cleaning:

Perform residential and commercial window cleaning services Use professional tools and techniques (training provided) Work safely at heights using ladders and safety equipment Maintain equipment and company vehicles Deliver outstanding customer service on every job

Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am 4:00pm Pay $16-19 per hour based on performance. Additional bonus opportunities available. Training pay: $15 per hour

  • Valid driver's license

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
