Our dedicated professionals help ensure the quality, safety, and sustainability of electrical products used by people throughout the world./ppWhat are we looking for?/ppThe Senior Sales Representative position supports the Electrical business by direct sales activity including increasing existing sales and identifying and developing new business opportunities within an assigned territory/accounts. Were looking for somebody who is self-sufficient with an entrepreneurial approach in their work. The Senior Sales Representative will spend at least 50% of the time outside of the office visiting clients, attending trade shows, etc. This is an in-office position - non-remote./ppSalary
Benefits Information/ppThe base wage or salary range for this position is $70K - $110K. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Our Sales Representatives are offered base pay plus monthly bonus eligibility based on sales goals./ppWhat will you be doing?/pulliSell Interteks services within assigned vertical, account, and territory through effective client research, prospecting, and networking./liliWork with Sales Manager to define and develop territory to increase new and existing sales./liliSpend a minimum of 50% outside interface with new and existing identified target clients./liliMeet with current and prospective customers via client presentations and participation at trade shows./liliWrite and follow up on proposals, specify appropriate standards and pricing./liliProvide outstanding customer service./liliMeet all activity targets and log activity into iConnect, as required./liliPrepare sales reports and forecasts, as required./li/ulpMinimum Requirements
Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliMinimum 3 years of prior successful sales experience/liliSuperior interpersonal and customer service skills/liliB2B or B2C sales experience/liliExperience working with CRM tool/liliPossess excellent written and oral communication skills and superior presentation skills/liliMust be energized and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment/liliWorking knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/liliAbility to travel up to 50% of the time, which may consist of local or regional daily travel, with some requirements for overnight travel as required/liliValid unrestricted drivers license and reliable driving record/liliPhysical dexterity/mobility to travel via car, airplane and to perform all clerical functions inherent to the position/li/ulpPreferred Requirements
