for those who are driven and coachable. Description We are hiring for a
Sales Housing Consultant
with the potential to move into a
Manager Trainee
role. You’ll be trained directly by our owner and leadership team. This is a high-commission, high-reward role ideal for someone with experience in
sales ,
insurance ,
real estate , or
auto sales —or anyone hungry to learn and succeed. Responsibilities Greet and guide customers through the home-buying process Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Work with lenders to help buyers secure financing Close sales using our proven process Attend
daily sales training
to improve skills Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment Keep CRM and paperwork organized and up to date Familiarity with social media is a plus
(posting listings, sharing promotions, or engaging with leads online) Requirements Sales experience preferred (home sales, insurance, auto, or other large-ticket items) Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Must be coachable and open to training Willing to work Saturdays Bilingual is a
plus
