Bei der MAN Finance & Mobility Services GmbH übernimmst Du als SAP Lead Developer die technische Verantwortung für eine geschäftskritische SAP-Applikation im Vertragsmanagement – eingebettet in ein reguliertes, professionell organisiertes Finanzumfeld.
Regulatorischer Rahmen:
Du arbeitest in einem BaFin-regulierten Umfeld (MaRisk, DORA, ZAG). Deine Aufgabe ist es, sicherzustellen, dass Entwicklung und Architektur diese Anforderungen berücksichtigen. Dabei wirst Du durch zentrale Compliance-, Security- und Governance-Einheiten unterstützt.

• Operative IT-Security, Penetrationstests oder Recovery-Tests (Second Line / Spezialfunktionen)
• 24/7-Betrieb oder First- und Second-Level-Support
- Technische Gesamtverantwortung für die SAP-Applikation LISa (Contract Lifecycle Management)
- Architekturentscheidungen für Frontend, Backend und Integrationen
- Fachliche Führung des Entwicklungsteams (ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung)
- Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in nachhaltige technische Lösungen
- Sicherstellung von Code-Qualität, Architektur- und Entwicklungsstandards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Owner, IT-Architektur und Compliance-Funktionen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP-Entwicklung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung als SAP Senior Developer, Technical Lead oder SAP Solution Architect
- Architekturverständnis für komplexe Geschäftsanwendungen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Verantwortung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Finanz- oder regulierten Umfeld
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse agiler Arbeitsweisen (Scrum, Kanban)
