Follows standard processes for the National Inside Sales Center. Engage in ongoing training activities with the National Inside Sales Center Coach and Leadership team. Work in collaboration with peers and leaders to support NISC initiatives around providing signature service to our internal and external customers./ppPosition Responsibilities:/pulliConvert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication scripts when handling different customer enquiries/liliDocument all call information according to standard operating procedures/liliParticipate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center/liliOther duties as assigned by supervisor./li/ulpDirection of Others:/pulliN/A/li/ulpMinimum Qualification, Skill and/or Competency Requirements:/pulliBilingual (English/Spanish) required. Candidates must be able to speak, read and write both languages proficiently./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliOne Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers, preferably in a call center environment/liliEmployees must have the ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 6:55am and ending as late as 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday/liliExcellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm/liliDemonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency/liliSuperior listening, verbal, and written communication skills/liliAbility to handle stressful situation appropriately/li/ulpPay Range:/pp$13.88 - $20.82/ppCulture and Benefits:/ppAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
