Accounting Specialist (40% - 50%)
Deine Rolle
In dieser vielseitigen Position berichtest du direkt an den Geschäftsführer und verantwortest den Finanzbereich weitgehend selbstständig. Du leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag und bringst deine Finanzexpertise aktiv ein.
Deine Hauptaufgaben
Verantwortung für das Finanzmanagement inkl. Finanzbuchhaltung nach OR (Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Mahnwesen sowie Lohnzahlungen)
Monatliche Erstellung und Überwachung von Managements Reports, Budget, Forecast, Liquiditäts- und Mehrjahresplanung
Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
Zusammenarbeit mit der Revisionsstelle
Identifikation von Effizienz- und Einsparpotenzialen
Sparring-Partner des Geschäftsführers in finanziellen FragestellungenSicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Prozesse
Coaching und fachliche Unterstützung einer Mitarbeiterin im Finanzbereich
Dein Profil
Fundierte Ausbildung im Finanzmanagement (z. B. Betriebsökonom/in FH/HF, eidg. dipl. Experte/in R&C, eidg. dipl. Buchhalter/in, MAS-Controlling, eidg. dipl. Treuhandexperte/in)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Finanzfunktion, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche
Erfahrung im Produktionscontrolling von Vorteil
Selbstständige, strukturierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
Generalistisches Denken, lösungsorientiert, durchsetzungsstark
