Description:
Le poste consiste à effectuer les différentes opérations nécessaires afin d’assurer le bon déroulement de nos circuits. Il est responsable des demandes de réservation et de la confirmation des divers services pour les circuits. Il sera demandé au candidat de travailler un ou deux week-ends pendant l'été pour aider les guides touristiques sur la route.
Responsabilit és
- Activation des groupes dans le système CCRS (révision finale des programmes avec les cotations)
- Gestion des réservations, confirmations et annulations des groupes (autocars, hôtels,
restaurants et activités).
- Gestion des listes de passagers (noms, modifications, etc.).
- Gestion des dépôts auprès des différents fournisseurs.
- Envoi des listes de passagers aux différents fournisseurs.
- Communiquer avec nos clients,par téléphone et courriel, pour assurer le suivi des dossiers lorsque nécessaire.
- Prendre les appels des guides lors de problèmes sur la route et faire un suivi de la résolution des problèmes.
- Facturation des dossiers.
- Lecture de commentaires clients.
- Répondre aux litiges des clients après leur retour à domicile
Exigence du poste
- Une aptitude à communiquer efficacement à l’oral et à l’écrit en anglais et en français.
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou expérience pertinente dans la même fonction ;
- La connaissance d’une 3e langue (espagnol / italien / allemand / néerlandais / portugais / japonais)est un atout.
- Dynamisme, autonomie et esprit d’équipe ;
- Débrouillardise et bonne gestion du stress ;
- Minutie et souci du détail ;
- Connaissance du produit touristique et de la géographie du Canada ;
- Connaissance de Word, d’Excel et de CCRS ou d’un système d’opérations d’un réceptif (un atout).
Lieu: Toronto ou Montréal. Il s’agit d’un poste hybride.
- Les candidats situés à moins de 75 km de nos bureaux de Toronto ou de Montréal sont tenus d’être sur place au moins deux fois par mois, le reste du temps en télétravail selon les besoins de l’équipe.

Job Description
The position consists of carrying out the various operations necessary to ensure the smooth running of our groups. Responsible for requesting reservations and confirming the various services for the groups. The candidate will be required to work one or two weekends during the summer to assist the tour guides on the road.
Responsibilities
- Activation of groups in the CCRS system (final revision of programs with quotations).
- Management of group reservations, confirmations, and cancellations (coaches, hotels, restaurants, and activities).
- Management of passenger lists (names, modifications, etc.).
- Management of deposits with different suppliers.
- Sending passenger lists to different suppliers.
- Communicate with our customers in Europe, by phone and email, to follow up on files when necessary.
- Take calls from guides during problems on the road and follow up on problem resolution.
- Invoicing of files.
- Reading customer reviews.
- Respond to customer disputes after their return home.
Position Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French are required.
- Post-Secondary School Education or relevant experience in the same position.
- 2–3 years of experience in travel and tourism, particularly with a receptive tour operator.
- Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, or Japanese) is an asset.
- Dynamism, autonomy, and team spirit.
- Resourcefulness and good stress management.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Canada's tourism products and geography.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and CCRS or other receptive systems (an asset).
Location : Toronto or Montreal/hybrid
- Candidates living within 75 km of our Toronto or Montreal office will be expected to work on-site at least twice per month, with the remaining days remote, depending on team and business needs. Remote work model available if located outside of those areas and that range.
