Summary: Results-driven Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience bridging business needs and technical solutions. Skilled in requirements gathering, process optimization, and data analysis. Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and SQL-based data analytics to support strategic decision-making and enhance customer engagement.
