We are seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our dedicated education team, delivering high‑quality, tailored learning experiences that help our students grow academically, socially and emotionally. What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons for individuals or small groups in line with the school curriculum. Monitor, assess and report on student progress, ensuring personalised learning and steady progression. Lead and coordinate Maths across relevant key stages, including planning, assessment and subject development. Create a stimulating, well‑organised learning environment that supports numeracy, problem‑solving and confidence. Develop and review Individual Education Plans, Behaviour Plans and personalised learning programmes. Work collaboratively with LSAs, tutors, instructors and care staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality support. Manage challenging behaviour with empathy and structure, helping students develop self‑regulation skills. Maintain strong communication with colleagues, care teams and families while upholding safeguarding and regulatory standards.
