Job Description About the Opportunity This is a structured pathway into the financial services industry for individuals who want a long-term, professional career—not a short-term sales gig. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and support to earn the licenses required to work with clients in areas such as life insurance, retirement planning, and basic investment strategies.
This role is ideal for people who want to build a career helping families improve their financial futures, even if they’re starting with no prior industry experience.
What the Role Involves
Guiding individuals and families through foundational financial planning
Learning and educating clients about life insurance, retirement options, and income protection
Building long-term client relationships
Following compliance standards and maintaining accurate documentation
Participating in ongoing training, workshops, and mentorship programs
Training & Licensing Support
Assistance toward obtaining your State Life Insurance License, Series6/63, and Mortgage Origination License
Some states allow new representatives to begin earning under a temporary license (4–6 months depending on regulations)
Step-by-step onboarding with experienced mentors
Remote-friendly tools and systems
