Jouw job
- Beheer van ontvangen tickets voor bugs en evolutief onderhoud (support)
- Follow-up van de activiteiten tijdens de tijdsafsluiting (één keer per maand)
- Follow-up van opdrachten en interfaces
- HR business requests (change requests) analyseren en deze requests begrijpen en in vraag stellen en technische oplossingen voorstellen (backend en Fiori) die door het management worden gevalideerd
- Technische HR-expertise leveren (backend en Fiori) om de business te helpen bij het besluitvormingsproces
- Technische specificaties schrijven voor de te implementeren oplossingen en deze configureren in de ontwikkelomgeving
- De kwaliteit van services en implementaties waarborgen op basis van servicemanagementprocessen en -tools
- Samenwerken met de verschillende belanghebbenden en serviceproviders om ervoor te zorgen dat de SAP autorisatienormen worden nageleefd en afgestemd op de strategische beslissingen van het bedrijf
- Uw kennis overdragen aan interne teamleden
- De planning, technische normen en procedures van het team 'Ontwikkeling' van Infrabel volgen (respecteren).
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma hoger onderwijs in IT of een economische, industriële of wetenschappelijke richting
- Je hebt minstens een paar jaren ervaring met het configureren van SAP HR (PA, OM, Time (Cats, PTMW, integratie met FI/CO))
- Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring met het ontwerpen van FIORI-applicaties, SAP-workflows en interfaces
- Je bent in staat om technische documenten te schrijven voor ontwikkelaars in jouw vakgebied.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en werkt efficiënt.
- Je bent klantgericht en flexibel bij het uitvoeren van de prestaties
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatievaardigheden
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans, met begrip van de andere landstaal, en hebt kennis van technisch Engels
- Je werkt graag in team, en deel graag je kennis met anderen.

Praktische info: Ons kantoor bevindt zich aan de overkant van het station Brussel-Zuid. Doe zoals je toekomstige collega’s en kies voor het gemak: kom met de trein naar het werk en toon dat je voorstander bent van duurzame mobiliteit. Te meer stoppen de bussen en de trams juist voor onze deur. Doe je liever wat sport? We hebben een beveiligde fietsenparking. Voor een verplaatsing naar één van onze werven of naar onze klant, zijn er fietsen, plooifietsen en steps ter beschikking aan de receptie. Voor je middagpauze kan je terecht in onze lounge met kickertafel en ping-pong tafel. In de lounge kan je eveneens je lunchpakket op te eten met je collega’s. Heb je geen boterhammen meegebracht? Geen paniek! Supermarkten en snackbars in overvloed in de nabije omgeving. Geen tijd om naar buiten te gaan?
