- Preferred: Experience in outside B2B sales, multifamily/property management, or building materials.
We invest in your success from day one and reward long-term performance.
- 12-month ramp-up period with base salary + commission ($65,000-$75,000) to support you as you build your pipeline. After ramp, transition to a performance-driven 100% commission structure designed for high earners.

- 401(k) with up to 4% company match (eligible after 90 days).
