Ihre Hauptaufgaben
Selbständige Betreuung internationaler Grosskunden – von der Policierung bis zum Prämieninkasso
Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Liability Underwriter
Systemtechnische Erfassung, Verarbeitung und Pflege von Vertrags- und Kundendaten gemäss den HDI Service Standards
Schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation mit internationalen HDI Netzwerk- und Partnergesellschaften weltweit
Fachliche Unterstützung sowie aktive Betreuung von Brokern und Kunden
Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität sowie des Prämienflusses
Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Serviceabläufen
Was Sie mitbringen
Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Versicherungsbranche
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im multinationalen B2B-Haftpflichtversicherungsgeschäft
Erfahrung im Bereich Clinical Trials von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen, insbesondere ösisch, sind von Vorteil
Hohe IT-Affinität sowie versierter Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Excel
Dienstleistungsorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
