As a Licensed Sales Insurance Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to complete sales while responding to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries Complete sales with customers while generating quotes, costs and overall coverage Provide excellent customer service through all interactions while active listening Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively Appropriately communicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed We’re looking for

Resident Property & Casualty Producer license required
License must be active and within good standings Any non-resident lines currently or previously obtained must also be within good and active standings
Sales experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. College degree preferred but not required. Key Competencies:
